The Structure Functions of the Photon at Low Virtualities

چکیده

The structure functions F1 and F2 of the real photon at low virtualities are calculated in the framework of chiral pertubation theory(ChPT) in the zero and first order of ChPT. It is assumed that the virtuality of hard projectile photon Q2 is much less than the characteristic ChPT scale. In this approximation the structure functions are determined by the production of two pions in γγ collisions. The numerical results for F2 and F1 are presented.
